Vacancy

No one wants to wake up to an empty home
No one ever wants to be alone
It's not so easy to let them go
The ones that you love

Now that you're gone, who will make me smile?
Who will pick me up when I fall down?
Who will be there to tell me right from wrong?
I regret letting you go

I have this vacancy in my heart
There's just something that's always tearing me apart
I don't know why I ever let you go
Now, there is no one to bear with me

Everyday I wake up thinking it'll be okay
'Cause you promised me that, you'd come back some day
My heart is throbbing but I will wait
And I'll try... to stay strong

And I will always miss you
But I can't take it anymore
What if your that one they said
That passed away, oh no

I have this vacancy in my heart
There's just something that's always tearing me apart
I don't know why I ever let you go
Now, there's no one to bear with me

And I miss you and love you and I will hold on
And I know there's a chance that you will come back, oh ooh
And I dream of the day that you'd come back home
And I hope that you know

I have this vacancy in my heart
There's just something that's always tearing me apart
I don't know why I ever let you go
Now, there's no one to bear with me

I have this vacancy in my heart
There's just something that's always tearing me apart
I don't know why I ever let you go
Now, there's no one to bear with me

Bear with me

Carbohydrateness

Craving for gardenia bread with margarine and banana. X) Weirdy me. Oh, a random fact I've heard. Bananas help in removing nicotine. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal. Meaning if you have nicotine in your body, it helps and accelerates the removal of nicotine from your body. Which also means, it helps to reduce addiction to cigarettes or any other nicotine products. So why not try this out dear smokers out there? X) Bananas are cool. Heh

I thought I knew

People are like food cans. However attractive the wrappers are, it's the food people in the end realized that really matters. I live in a world full of food cans. Period

Euclidean

Should my blog be organic. It would have been rotten ages ago. -.- Sorry for the hiatus, been rather busy. But what the heck, it's freedom now. X) And now another end to another studying life. The end of A levels life. I'm really gonna miss those guys. PM3 rawks. Though we all came from different paths of life, we still manage to unify as a family of PM3. Something I'm truly proud of. After all, it's the effort to bring the class together that counts. =) Everyone of them made my day every time I step into the class. The crazy, lame yet i just cant stop laughing jokes they crap out of randomness are one of the things i'm really gonna miss. May we all keep in touch.

And currently, I'm jobless and aimless. ;S I've honestly nothing to do other than helping mum with chores and.. perhaps going out with the old buddies for some outing. And we dun do much. Watching a movie pretty much occupies most of the time of the outing. *Other than Faris' camwhoring moments, which doesn't apply to me* Facebook doesn not seem to be as interesting as it was when we were supposed to be busy study and getting prepared with our exams. -.- Lesser inbox spams by Facebook which is a good and bad thing. I dunno which way to look at it but, one thing for sure, I'm bored. =( Thankfully for the upcoming class trip though. It'll be one of the last times we the PM3s are gonna be hanging around with each other, I guess. After this, we'll be all over the place. Actually mostly in Aussie and UK, but still, they're everywhere. Lol.

It's been movie marathon for me so far. Been trying to catch up with the movies I've missed throughout the college life. And the most recent movie I've watched is Knowing AND gosh, that movie is serious a WTF movie. XD There are few scenes that really make you go OMG, WTH, WTF , HOLY S***, and etc etc. lol I think the last part was the ultimate WTF. Not gonna spoil for those who hasn't watch yet. But if you ask me, i think it's entertaining. There are some good suspense in the movie which keeps the entertaining going on. So overall, it's a good movie. Other than that, Lady in the Water was the other movie I've watched. Not bad, I would say the main actress choosen for the Narf character was indeed a good choice. She had the right looks and features for the character and her acting wasn't bad. It really suited her character being the lost and timid one. And yes, I've noticed the movie was old, but Davi told me it was a good movie, so I just downloaded it to watch to kill my boredom.

It's late and I cant sleep. I've been sleeping quite late consistently during the exam period. Now my bedtime becomes late as well. I can't sleep any earlier nowadays. I'll just end up staring at the ceiling for GOD knows how long and then may be dream a little before going to sleep. The exams lasted for one month. It was rather irritating actually. ONE MONTH. I've lost that much of time in my life which could have been better off spend somewhere else? Cambridge boleh! Oh wait, they're english people. YES CAMBRIDGE CAN! >____> now that sounds so america-and obama-ish. Maybe I am too Malaysian for my own good for going with all the Lah, Leh, Liao and the Mah. -.- I'm really syok sendiri here. Coz I'm really bored. Somebody entertain me! ;S

Ah well, maybe I'll go continue watching a movie. Let's see which movie is down downloading... hhmm...

I'm glad it worked out fine. I wouldn't have wanted to regret walking out with it staying that way. At least things are much better now. I can breath out comfortably.

The haze beyond your eyes clouds my sight,
Are there feelings lying at the bottom of your heart?

Even if the whole world was yours,
Would that bring you happiness?

Why do you stare up at the lonesome sky?
Why, let's see you smile
I know what you're like,
How you aren't good at putting things into words, so why not...

What happened in days long past?
In your eyes, as turn your gaze away from me

Do you know of such a warmth,
One that can embrace you on those lonely nights by yourself?

Why are you so worked up on appearances?
Why, open up your heart
I know you've had a heavy cross to bear,
But I've got the strength to accept you
So why not try believing in me

The free are awkward...
The free are anxious...

Why do you look up at the lonesome sky?
Why, let's see you smile
I know what you're like,
How you aren't good at putting thing into words
So why not try believing in me

Sky and Earth

These are the two movies that I'm dying to watch. The OST for Sky Crawler ( Music Composer Kawai Kenji) are superb! I loved it even before watching them. The storyline seems cool too. Origin: Spirits of the Past also has a very good plot. Though I kinda know the story even before watching it already. >___> Argh, can't wait for the exams to be over.

"I'm not studying or going to working. It's gonna be the End of the World anyway,"

Now that's a good excuse isn't it? I went over to grandma's house today and my aunt told me that apparently, there is a group of christians who are already preparing themselves for the end of the world in seven years * I dunno who calculated that and how? But as famously known, our mayan friends have calculated that it's this 2012* . They are stopping work, stopping their children's educations and just gonna stay at home. And pray. Some computer technician dude came over to my aunty's house to preach about this when he was called over to her house to fix her computer. And he was called to come over a few times, before he came over. Guess he figured that he should preach and spread his 'Good News' to her too. I dunno if it's stated in the Bible, but not studying or working and just praying to God doesn't sound right to me. At least some minority of Christians like the Amish make more sense in their teaching. To stop doing everything and just meditate and pray to God, sounds more like an excuse from work stress and study difficulties.

But after listening to that, it made me wonder. How prepared are we to face the End of the World anyway? If tomorrow IS the end of the world, how will you be judged? At the very least, look back at the past. How much have you done for others? Do you regret the life or the way you've lived? Was there a better way to live life? Was that all you could do?

Now that's something I wouldn't wanna see.

Spending time for reflection. Now that I believe is a much better way to face the end of the world. And of course, prayers too. I cannot deny that. But prayers only and without any actions. I think God is on myside that Actions speak louder than words? ;) Below is an interesting link, check it out!

5 signs the world is coming to an end

I still regretted not doing anything about it.
It wasn't your fault anyway

Strength

Been quite a while since I had the time to even blog. Sorry for the long hiatus. X) Haha. But nyways, here's a little summary of what has happened recently.

  1. Grandmother had a bad fall while trying to put on her clothes. She is 84. Nothing too serious though. Had a bad cut on her arm ( or somewhere else... Couldnt remember, but I knew she had bruises and a cut). Send her for check up. Her bones were perfectly fine. O___O Miracle indeed...
  2. Grandma had a second fall. ;S This time in the toilet. Things were worse this time. Fell and hurt the left part of her head. Had to get an ambulance. Luckily my aunt was still washing the dishes. The maid was fast asleep. Aunt heard a loud sound and check grandma up. Found her covered with blood. Called up my other aunt who lives nearby. Called SJMC, no one picked up. Called for about 6-7 times. Finally got them I guess. Five minutes later, grandma was sent to the hospital. Checked her up. Once again, no broken bones. But had some difficulties breathing. Needed oxygen mask. Doctor confirmed that her heart stop for a while, causing her fall. Had major breathing difficulties the next day. Even brought the priest for her Last Rites. Thank God after that, she became better. And has been so ever since. She's fine now, accompanied by a Vietnamese nurse by the name of... Piak. Seriously, not crapping this up. Hong Piak, who insisted on being addressed as Ah Piak. Grandma's on walking stick now. * Yerp we got her to use them finally. ;)* So far so good. Thank God.
  3. Benjamin's departure to Aussie. Damn, I'm gonna miss ya bro.Have both the fun and the study balanced. Take care of your health and don't go out too late. X) Take good care there, bro.
  4. Shobs and Kim's departure to Aussie. *Sorry that I wasnt there to send u both off. =( I really wish I could have been there. Miss yea both soo much already. Yes, I know it sounds gay, kim. But hope u two have lots of fun there. Enjoy. And take care too!*
  5. Clare's acceptance to NUS!!! Congratulation girl! Rawk on! =D And dun worry too much when you're there. Things will be fine. U'll get through it everyday. U know what I mean. ;)
  6. Trials, trials. X) nothing much to comment on that. Lol, but hell it's over! =D
  7. Honey's following my blog! =O Gosh! I should follow your blog as well! =D Thankx wifey! =D
So yea, that's basically it. Nothing much to blog for now. I kinda lost it. =( I can't type that much anymore. Maybe I'll just upload some random things. =D

Joan of Arc

What a beauty,
This peasant girl was,
What a vision she saw,
What a divine blessing,
When the Three told her of her destiny,
What a epic story,
Her life turn out to be.

How young she was,
To be send to war at the age of 19,
How bold she was,
For a woman to put on a knight's armour,
How courageous she was,
To lead an army to war,
A miracle it was,
When she turned the tide of war.

What a fool they were,
When they prejudged her,
How senseless it was,
To misjudge her,
How naive the to-be-crowned king was,
To misuse her talent for glory,
What idiots the wise men were,
To overlook a woman sent by GOD.

What a shame it was,
To look down upon because she was a woman,
What a shame to man,
To forsake the messenger,
How cruel it was,
To abuse and commit such impure act on a diligent woman,
How worthless man are,
That they killed a heroine who returned her country's honour.

Wasn't really into finding the sountrack. Until I stumble upon a group in Facebook with Ip Man's theme song. Ever since, the song's been stuck in my head. Haha. So off I went for Ip Man OST hunting. And finally, voila! I've got it! =D FYI, the composer is Kenji Kawaii , also the composer for Fate Stay/ Night. Always been a fan of his musics.

When Men learn to kill Others.

It was possibly the very first murder crime ever recorded in history. The murder of Abel by Cain. The very first murder ever known to mankind. Perhaps that's where it started. The first feeling of killing was first a guilt. In time, perhaps it grew into a sensation? The knowledge to kill others then came flooding into minds of men. The culture then began to spread. Soon, it became the simplest solution for men to obtain anything he desires even with God's clear objection to such manners. This is what people these days call Realistic. To be able to 'survive' through this unfair and cruel world by perhaps the cost of other lives? If I would to give examples, looking just at the history book that you read everyday in school would suffice. Past is the past, yet it returns again to haunt the future. Perhaps something was never learn from the past. Revenge would only lead to hatred, hatred would breed more hatred. And hatred will thereby lead to revenge once more. The side effects? More sufferings, pain, and sorrow. Are men really that stubborn that only the end of the world would stop them?

Can anyone see the similarities in those symbols?

The similarities I see in these symbols are People and Love.

I say this because without believers, the religions isn't a religion. Without it's teaching of love, no one would be here reading my post. Each of one of these religions have one teaching in common.

Love one another.

Each religion is never bad. It is the people who defines the religion who decides it. It is the believers who act out what they think of the religion and self proclaim it as "This is what my religion teaches me" and thereby destroying the religion's reputation and of course the true believers. It's the people who determines how the religion is to be look at to others. And yet have we as the believers of any of religion really done our part in this world? We've been really busy occupied with other things in life and neglected these virtues. And living in this hectic world, we tend lose confidence and faith in our own religion. We lose our humanity. We forget the main things in life. We lose control of the feelings we used to control. We begin to act like or worse than animals. Our world turns into a place of lies and hell up to earth. Trust and Betray. Love and Hatred. Happiness and Grief. Justice and Prejudice. Comfort and Pain. We chose this path yet we complain, scolded, cursed, and worse blame others.

The city and life I have known no longer exists.

source: msnbc

The war between Israel and Palestine has one concept to me right now. It's the 'I kill you and you kill me" concept. The two countries fought but in the end? Casualties that are the main consequences. Lost of lives, properties and basic needs. To me in war,

who ever wins, we all lose

We lose friends, families, loved ones and home. And to add to that matter, each war plants seeds of hatred and anger in the people's hearts. Day by day, year by year, these hatreds grow and when they one day flourish, we 'enjoy' the harvest.

The most poisonous thing in the world is the heart of
a Human

"Purposes of the War" written in the media I read in the MSNBC to me are mere illusions be it good or bad. These are what I would call "Excuses for War". This is our world media. Like Russell Peters commented on the media in one of his shows "The media is f*cking around with your heads. The media gives news in a 'what do you think' format. They give a picture of an Asian and a car crash. What do you think?. Next they give you a picture of an Indian and a Seven-11. What do you think? Then they give you a picture of an Arab and an explosion. AHAH! I KNEW IT!" It's hilarious the way he described it. People laugh till their tears drop. But did they get the message? Illusions once more. People see the illusions of reality and don't understand the meaning beneath these decorations. What the people needs to see is the consequences! The effects! The testimonies! The Life at War! Not the f***ing purpose of war or what the f*** they are doing. Thank God there's internet, where the good and bad are exposed here. Otherwise, it will be what the media wants us to see than for us to see what we should be seeing.

In the end was there was there a true purpose in all these wars where we claimed for justice? For the religion? For what we call 'freedom'? Perhaps the blood of Caine has run deep within our veins. The yearn the desire, to kill. Yet we never stop to consider about innocent lives at the stake.

What can you do to change these people's lives?

Now that's up to you.

There's so much craziness, surrounding me
There's so much going on, it gets hard to breathe
When all my faith has gone, you bring it back to me
You make it real for me
